Exchange/Store Credit Only - NO REFUNDS

Cacao does not offer credit card or cash refunds for online purchases. Store credit never expires. 

  • Exchanges are accepted on items that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with ALL tags attached and with an original store receipt.
  • Once you receive your shipment, we must be contacted regarding damages within 3 days.
  • Exchanges/returns must be made within 14 days of the original shipping date.
  • Cacao does not refund shipping and handling charges, exchanges included. If you are making an exchange, nominal shipping charges will be incurred.
  • If you would like to exchange an item, please call or email us to let us know what you would like to exchange it for. We will hold the item you wish to purchase, and when we receive the merchandise you had originally purchased, we will exchange the item(s).
  • Include the original receipt with your return.
  • Online returns can be made at our brick and mortar store.
